ATS support Highway Chile

After a long time of rehearsing with our new bandmembers, it's finally time to spread our wings on stage again. In the forrest of this year After The Silence will start up new gigs!! The very first confirmed gigs are taking place in october.

After The Silence will be supportact for one of the biggest Dutch Heavy Rock bands; Highway Chile! In the past Highway Chile shared their stage with big acts like Motörhead, Whitesnake, Michael Schenker, Accept and Y&T. One of the closest fans of Highway Chile was Alfred Lagarde (†), a famous DJ, who also produced their record Storybook Heroes. Highway Chile was together with Picture, Helloïse, Bodine, Vengeance and Vandenberg at the top of the national heavy rock scene in the eighties. Some Highway Chile members are not really unknown to us, because HC drummer Ernst van Ee played some of our cd-tracks in his radioprogramm "Come on feel the noise" and HC bassplayer Edwin den Haag co-produced our "Final Fantasy"-cd. After all it's a really big honor and pleasure to us to play with these guys! More info can be found at our giglist.
